Main advantages of „Estimates Expert V6“:

  • Reliable network operation – software can reliably operate in the local computer network (where in addition to the main software work place there are more work places).
  • Sąmatos redagavimas be programos – išsaugojus sąmatą (arba aktą, formą Nr. 2, išranką … ) į atskirą failą ir perrašius ją į kitą kompiuterį, kuriame nėra sąmatų programos (bet yra Microsoft Excel), ją galima atidaryti, redaguoti, spausdinti.
  • Estimate editing without „Estimates Expert V6“ – the estimate (or any report, form No.2, 3, … ), saved to a file and transferred on another computer without our software, can be opened, edited, and printed with Microsoft Excel.
  • Easiness and flexibility – besides many options the software is easy to learn and handy to use.

Handling estimates:

  • Local estimates – handling local estimates.
  • Object estimates – creating and editing object estimates.
  • Complex summaries – creating and editing complex summaries.
  • Summary estimates – merging object estimates into one.
  • Executed local estimate – creating an executed estimate.
  • Residual local estimate – creating a residual estimate.

Top

Creating reports and forms:

  • Reporting – making and editing a report of completed works for a specific estimate and month.
  • Summary report – reports of specific object and month into one.
  • Works completed in the objects – aggregate logs.
  • Form No.2 – Acceptance report of works completed.
  • Form No.3 – Warrants of works completed.
  • Form No.29 – report of materials consumed in the construction compared with production standards.
  • Form No.30 – labor used in the construction compared with production standards.

Handling local estimates:

  • Work input – work selection from normative base and their input into the estimate.
  • Work search in the whole base – option of the whole base search as per work fragment.
  • Work input in batch mode – option allowing work input into the estimate by entering a work code only.
  • Estimate edit – editing works (and their resources) names, norms, prices, quantities)
  • Resource insert – insert labor, material or machinery into the estimate. An option to input a selected resource as a separate position.
  • Resource base accumulation – resource base accumulation. An option to import them from an Excel file. Editing resource tables.
  • Material grouping - an option to group materials
  • Resource report – a report of estimate materials, machinery or labor with an option to change resource prices and descriptions.
  • Logs – making logs of estimate materials, machinery need or work costs and salary.
  • Company normative base – an option to create the normative base of works of software user, transfer the works from an estimate into the base, make new and edit existing works, input newly created works from „Company normative base“ module into an estimate.
  • Coefficients – an option for a specific work or the whole estimate to apply coefficients of labor, material or machinery standards and to add-on specific, seasonal work and work of increased risk environment factors for the whole estimate or for selected works only.
  • Copy – an option to copy a selected field from another estimate or from the same estimate.
  • Divisions – an option to divide the estimate into divisions, include subdivisions and notes.
  • Recalculation in different price level – estimate recalculation in selected price level (starting 1997).
  • Recalculation in different currency – estimate recalculation in any other currency of the world.
  • Matching the amount – an option to match the final amount to the desired one by changing the selected fields.
  • Printing – many variants of printing (portrait, landscape, with resources, without resources, with addiniotal costs without VAT or VAT included).
  • Technical part – an option to review the description of technical part of selected work.
  • Work scope – an option to review and insert the description of work scope into an estimate.
  • Translation – an option to translate the estimate from Lithuanian into English language.
  • Company price level – an option to have the company price level to selected resources.
  • Advantages of Microsoft Excel environment – handy estimate editing: after changing the quantity, norm or unit price, the result is displayed instantly. When you send the estimate to another computer, you can work with it, and later on easily import it into the software. You can change the figure accuracy (increase or decrease the decimal figures), change fonts, colors and sizes, change the cell background color, hide selected columns or rows, create additional estimate sheets. You can send the estimate to your colleague by e-mail without any additional converting, straight from the software.

Other options:

  • Complex or object duplication – making complex or object copies.
  • Colouring of complexes, objects, cost estimates or acts in lists.
  • logs – creating logs for materials, machinery or labor for an object or complex.
  • Resource batch editing – selection of materials, machinery or labor for complex or object with the option of editing the resource prices.
  • Printing adjustment – handling document templates, changing and adjusting fonts to the printing device.
  • Changing catalogues – an option to select other software catalogues and connect to them.
  • Import of cost estimates from DBF format and export to DBF format.
  • Module for checking the norms and prices compares the existing norms and prices of a cost estimate with the normative base and produces comments about the discrepancies found .
  • Calendar schedule of construction works - labour force quantities are read from cost estimates and presented in a calendar schedule.
